Abstract

This paper discusses the role of the Court of Cassation in the Italian legal system, and its impact on the development of criminal law. The paper begins by providing an overview of the Italian legal system, and the different sources of law. It then discusses the role of the Court of Cassation, and its powers to interpret and apply the law. The paper argues that the Court of Cassation plays a vital role in ensuring the uniformity of the law, and in protecting the rights of individuals.
